英語で服薬指導 用法を説明する

英語で用法を説明してみよう。

英語で用法を説明するのはとてもシンプルです。

今回は内服薬という設定で説明して行きたいと思います。

使うフレーズは

Please take 《数量》《回数》《時間》

これだけです。

このカッコにはまる言葉を当てはめるだけで説明がかんたんにできます。

• 《数量》の例

錠剤

half tablet  0.5錠

1tablet        1錠

2tablets      2錠

カプセル剤

1capsule     1カプセル

2capsules     2カプセル

散剤

1pack          1包

2packs        2包

となる。

• 《回数》の例

once a day              1日1回 

twice a day              1日2回

three times a day     1日3回

✳︎onceはone time

   twiceはtwo times でもOK

ふむ

once a week            週に1回

once a month          月に1回

なるほど簡単ですね

では難しいのも１つおまけで

once in 2day      2日に1回、隔日

✳︎every other day という言い方もよく使われます。

• 《時間》の例

after breakfast      朝食後

after lunch            昼食後

after dinner          夕食後

after breakfast and after dinner  朝夕食後

after meal             食後

before meal          食前

before breakfast   朝食前

before going to the bed   寝る前

さて、これで内服薬の用法は概ね説明できます。

クラリスロマイシン100mg 2錠 朝夕食後

Please take 1tablet twice a day after breakfast and after dinner 

訳》1日2回朝食後、夕食後に1錠ずつ飲んでくださいね

となるわけです。

セルベックスカプセル50mg 3錠 毎食後

↓

Please take 1capsule  3times a day after meal 

ふむ

毎食後は1日3回食後にといえばいいわけです。

といっても良いです！
